Delegation Trip and "Agrivoltaic Sector Development" Workshop

In late February 2023, a German delegation of scientists and various photovoltaic industry representatives travelled to Israel for a three-day visit focused on the agrivoltaic sector.
The program included a workshop, which involved representatives of the Israeli Ministries of Energy and Infrastructure, Agriculture, and Finance, along with leading representatives in the respective fields, as well as their German counterparts.
Moreover, the program included the participation in a panel discussion at the prestigious SunnySide APV Summit 2023 taking place at an APV site in the north of Israel, the region of Upper Galilee.
The workshop covered a range of topics including novel ways of utilizing and expanding the reliance on photovoltaic systems in agriculture in both Germany and Israel.
