Israeli Start-Up wins category at the Set Award 2024

The Israeli Start-Up SolCold wins the SET Award Category “Buildings & Construction”. The company was founded in 2016 and sets out to provide solar-powered cooling solutions. By installing an engineered film to surfaces of buildings, they reduce the amount of energy needed for cooling. This film reflects 98.5% of solar radiation, converts heat into visible light and releases heat through radiative cooling.
